SalMar is looking for «Reserve operators and Reserve Teamleader-assistant to VAP (Filet) department

The VAP team is looking for
- Reserve operators
- Reserve teamleader asssitant
Core tasks
- Contribute to good HSE follow-up and that quality requirements are met with good HSE results
- Contribute actively to ensuring safe food production and that routines and practices are in accordance with the quality system
- Work continuously to improve relevant competence in the line
- Actively contribute with positive attitudes to change and to create a good working environment
- Help ensure the correct use of employees – the right person in the right place
Desired qualifications
- Technical understanding of the machines isan advantage.
- Good computer skills
- Experience from production work
- You have motivation and thrive in a hectic work environment.
- You are outgoing with good collaboration and communication skills.
- You are proactive, reliable and quality conscious.
- You are systematic and results-oriented.
- You must be fluent in English and knowledge of Norwegian is also an advantage.
