This privacy policy statement describes how SalMar ASA safeguards personal data whether it is a customer or a visitor who is sending e-mail or a form via our websites.

All use of personal data (collecting, recording, storing, compiling and disclosing) is considered processing of personal data.

SalMar ASA, in the person of CEO Frode Arntsen, is the data controller for personal data we collect in connection with administering customer relationships or use of our websites.

When another party enters into a collaboration with SalMar ASA, we obtain, store and process personal data in order to fulfil an agreement. This is information the customer voluntarily provides and is necessary for administering the customer relationship. We are required in a customer relationship to obtain data such as name, e-mail address, organisation number and other necessary information. We only use these data to deal with a customer relationship.

SalMar ASA has data processor agreements with the business partners and suppliers who for reasons related to administering customer relationships have access to personal data.

By sending an e-mail message or a form via salmar.no, you voluntarily provide the information we need in order to contact you. All information is stored on encrypted servers and is only used to contact you according to your wishes.
